Andrew O'Shaughnessy BSc

Managing Director

Responsible for E-Search's business development and financial management. Andrew's background is in computers and mathematics, which he studied at UCC, and textiles, a family-run business. Prior to forming E-Search in 1996, he was an IT Industry consultant. Andrew is a founding member of the Irish Internet Association, and has served on the board since 1998. Under his guidance he has helped the IIA develop a regional presence.

Roderick Roche BAEcon MMII

Marketing Director

Responsible for marketing E-Search content services and advertising products. Roderick worked as a consultant to E-Search before he joined the company in 1998. He studied Economics and Business at TCD and marketing at COMAD. His career has focussed on sales, brand and product development.

denise cox

Content Development Manager

denise joins E-Search as Content Development Manager. She comes from a music business and journalism background in Los Angeles. denise founded all real good internet, Ireland's first dedicated e-mail marketing and publishing agency. She freely admits to being an "e-mail junkie"..

Brendan McNamara BA

Account Manager

Brendan joined E-Search from Guinness Ireland Group in May '00. An Applied Psychology graduate from UCC, his career has focused on sales and customer relations. He works closely with E-Search clients planning and co-ordininating their advertising campaigns and also on expanding the Directory.

Tom Roche

Systems Architect

After qualifying from UCC with an MSc in computer science, followed by a spell as Research Scientist, Tom worked as an independent IT consultant before joining E-Search in June 2000.

Robin Rae-Fraser

Operations Manager

Robin joined E-Search from London in 1999.
Currently responsible for managing Direct email and banner advertising. Robin has a background in business, finance and PR.
